Two minutes of talking about Proxy Servers eh ? This will take awhile. So hello class of about 6 peoples my name is ... well you should know it by now if not then you just made me sad. Proxy Servers are ... err umm eee (can you see I am stalling for time ?) is well a server that goes between computers that filters out certain things.
Anonymous Proxy Servers - Filters out your own IP address and replaces it with a substitute one. This lets you look on the internet without your IP being sent out. As a slight downside it will take longer to load a page since your will be going from computer > server > computer over computer > computer.

Proxy servers act as intermediaries between your computer and the internet, filtering and managing data traffic. Anonymous proxy servers, specifically, mask your IP address with a substitute, enhancing your privacy online. While anonymous proxy servers add a layer of anonymity by preventing your real IP from being exposed, they can slightly slow down page loading times due to the additional step of routing through the proxy server. Despite this minor drawback, the added privacy is often worth the trade-off.
